Extra Virgin Oil with
designation Chianti Classico PDO
With its intense olive green color, Silvia’s olive oil has a rich and bold taste, slightly spicy, with the characteristic artichoke and almond hints. On the slope of Silvia’s hill, there are 1,200 olive trees growing on predominantly stony terrain. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Chianti Classico DOP oil produced by “Colle” come from Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino cultivar plants. The perfect exposure grants an authentic and typical product of the region. The preservation of the oil takes place in stainless steel containers that are protected from light and sudden changes in temperature.
